If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only.

If you encounter a quality issue, please email us at support@aketek.com so that we can discuss a solution. If we determine that the issue requires evaluation by our tech team, we will inform you to return the item and offer a replacement product. You can email us for the return shipping address of our nearest warehouse based on your location.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and returned in the original package. The customer is responsible for ensuring the product is protected in the packaging and does not get damaged during transport.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
Consumable parts such as cover plates, neck pads, filters and sweatbands.
Note: A copy of the original invoice/receipt and serial number are required as proof of purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you have notified us of order cancellations, but the product has already been shipped out, you will have to reship the product back to us at your own expense. Once the order goes out of our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.
